Knowledge Management for Corporate

Building knowledge management program for non-for-profit (NGO) organisation is bit different compare to corporate scope. At least it is my sense during my work now both in NGO and Corporate environment.

Most in NGO cases, which is almost always in project based-dynamic organisation, sustainable effort is a challenge. Cost is a big constraint. People is always hard to catch and sit back together. While in corporate, commitment can be build by pushing the reward and performance evaluation system.

There, stop a moment.

Take a look the presentation I gave to several clients as my ideas pop up on the way. Off course some of the concept is not mine, but I take here and there, from people talks, from experiences etc.

Any comment and advises are high appreciate.

Check the link and share it with others, if you think you love to. happy sharing!
